MULTI-CREW CO-OPERATION

­Air-Espace’s Multi Crew Co-operation (MCC) courses last for 2 weeks and are conducted on a Boeing 737-800 approved simulator.

Courses are split in two parts: 25 hrs of ground instruction covering Crew Resource Management (CRM) and teamwork as well, then 20 hrs of Dual Synthetic Flight Instruction (practical training) where the concepts are applied. During the courses, two trainees work together under an instructor’s supervision.

An extra module of 2 weeks training with 50 hrs of theoretical part and 20 hrs simulator can be held in view of company selection
