Air-Espace’s Multi Crew Co-operation (MCC) courses are conducted on an FNPT II-MCC fully equipped trainer(KING AIR 200). Courses are broken into two parts consisting of 25 hours of formal Ground Instruction covering Crew Resource Management (CRM) and teamwork as well as of 20 hours of Dual Synthetic Flight Instruction (practical training), where these concepts are applied in practice. In these courses, a minimum of two trainees work together as a crew under an instructor's supervision.
