For its basic (and recurrent) IR training, Air-Espace operates a "Flight and Navigation Procedures Trainer (FNPT II)", designed and built by Elite Flight Simulations. The FNPT II integrates last-generation simulation technology. It uses the flight equations of our Beechcraft Baron BE-55, a control force feedback system, which reproduces flight characteristics, and is completed by an advanced Visual Display system equipped with the Swiss terrain database. Recent experience has shown that numerous students are able to easily transiton in flight to our Beechcraft Baron 55 following the required 40 hours of FNPT II, and complete the 6 hours of Multi-Engine Class Rating and 15 hours of Instrument Rating.
